- Support Time: Staff support via email for up to 1 hour/month, including content edits under 15 minutes each.
- Discounted Rates
- Priority Support: Available before Personal accounts and after Business Pro accounts.

- Hosting Support: Priority support for approved 3rd party hosting on your behalf.
- Software Updates: Keeping WordPress core, plugins and themes updated.
- Backups: Weekly database backups (where applicable) and monthly full-site backups, and restore of backup if needed.
- Security Monitoring: Scan site for malware and other harmful viruses.
- Support Time: Ongoing priority staff support via email, including content edits (unlimited time for tasks under 15 minute each)*.
- Discounted Rates
- Priority Support: Available via email and/or by phone.

Frequently Asked Questions
All major credit cards are accepted. Payments will be automatically charged each month on the date of sign up. Basimos Digital Marketing partners with Stripe to provide secure payment processing. A non-refundable, one-time setup fee of $25 will be added to the first payment.
You may cancel Web Care Plan services at any time with 30 day written notification. All services will end upon cancellation.
In order to cancel your recurring payment or update payment method, simply contact Basimos Digital Marketing 30 days prior to your next payment’s due date. No Refunds are available after your purchased package or service has been started, unless otherwise specified in any authorized agreement by Basimos Digital Marketing.
